Shipping & Delivery
When Will My Order Ship:
All our Flies, Teasers, Plug Tails and Poppers (Flies) are tied to order. Most orders will take 4-5 Business Days depending on our production and show schedule. Once you Flies are completed and packages your order will be ready to ship. We do not ship partial orders. If we have the materials in stock, your order will ship in 1-2 Business Days. If we have to order in the materials, it can take 5-6 Business Days to ship. All shipping times are based on when the order is completed, packaged and all items have been received and packaged. We do not guarantee any shipping times. Orders are insured for $50 if shipped with USPS. If your order is over $50 you can purchase additional insuance by contacting us. Once the order is received by the carrier and scanned into their system it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Any claimes for dammages occured in transit or lost orders are the responsibility of the shipper.
Where Do We Ship To:
We ship to the Contiguous United States that includes the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. (federal district) plus Alaska and Hawaii. We do ship nternationally. If you do not see your country lised on our site please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your exact shipping address as you would write it on an envelope and what items you need shipped. We will then provide you a shipping quote.
Shipping Times are an estimate based on the date that your order is received by our shiiping providers. Shipping times are not based on when you place your order. Your order will only ship once it is complete. If you need someting quickly please contact us and we will let you know when we can ship it our. We do not stock everytying we sell because we dont have an extra $10,000 to have all the items in stock and sell about 25% or the items. We are a small compnay.
BuzFly Products, LLC (BuzFly) currently uses Unites States Postal Services (USPS) and Unites Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipping carriers. All packages will be shipped in accordance to the rules and regulations that our carriers impost on us.
UPS: Unites Parcel Service
UPS Standard: Delivery times vary based on the Zone and destination. It is perfect for less time-sensitive shipments. Up to three delivery attempts.
UPS Three-Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day. This is an ideal mail option, great value and guaranteed delivery. It is perfect for less time-sensitive shipments. Up to three delivery attempts.
UPS Ground: Delivery times vary based on the Zone and destination, but expect it in one to five days. Offers guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery for commercial and residential shipments.
USPS: Unites States Postal Services
Priority Mail: With Priority Mail, you get more for your money. This service offers fast domestic delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package started and where it’s being sent. It also comes with limited insurance coverage against loss or damage, and USPS Tracking™, included at no additional charge.
Standard Post: With expected delivery in 2 to 8 business days and affordable pricing, Standard Post® service is a reliable and economical ground service for less-than-urgent deliveries and oversized packages. Also, Standard Post service accommodates larger packages, up to 130". Available depending on the Zone.
Priority Mail Flat Rate: Priority Mail Flat Rate® options make shipping with USPS® even easier. With Flat Rates, you pay one rate no matter the weight or where the package is going. You get delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package started and where it’s being sent. Includes USPS Tracking and limited free insurance coverage against loss or damage. No surcharges for fuel or residential, rural, and regular Saturday delivery.
We offer Free Shipping for orders totaling over $50.00 after any promotion or discounts have been applied. We will ship your order using the most economical shipping method we offer that applies to your order and its contents. You do have the option to wave the Free Shipping and select another shipping method and pay for the shipping.
Items marked ORM-D:
ORM-D means Other Regulated Materials for Domestic Transport only. These items MUST be shipped UPS GROUND. It is the customers’ responsibility to select UPS Ground when they have purchased a product marked ORM-D because our software cannot do this automatically. If you choose the wrong shipping method we will change the shipping to USP GROUND and charge you accordingly. Please pick the correct shipping method.

Returns & Replacements
Who Pays For Returns:
Since we a small company and shipping is a physical cost, we typically do not reimburse your shipping costs. If we shipped you a defective or the wrong product, we will replace it at our cost, including the shipping costs to you. We are always willing to work with our customers to satisfy your needs and expectations. It is your responsibility to return any unused or unopened item to use in the same condition you received it. We will not accept the returned item if we can not be resold.
All orders will be processed online through our website at www.BuzFly.com. An item is not considered completed or purchased until it has been paid for. Just because you put the item in your shopping cart does not mean it is yours. It is your responsibility to complete the transaction by paying for your order. We are not responsible for any communication errors, server errors, server outages, connectivity problems or any other occurrences that may prevent you from completing your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We use PayPal for our payment processor. All orders are processed through PayPal including, but not limited to Credit Card or PayPal payment options. We do not maintain any of your payment credentials, including but not limited to Credit Card Number, CSV, Expiration Date, PayPal User ID and or Password.
You can view you order information on the My Account page on our website. If you notice an error on your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and indicated your user name, order number, date of order and a description of you problem or concern. We will contact you shortly to work on correcting the problem.
Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to maintain your account information through the My Account page on our site. If you have moved or changed address please update your address on our system. We will only ship to the address that we have on file for you that you have entered on our site. Please make sure you confirm that the address is correct.
